PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which provides one of cold and heat or both cold and heat with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a refrigerant circuit of an air conditioner 1, a compressor 11, a four-way valve 13, a solenoid valve 15, a check valve 14, an air heat exchanger 16 for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and air, a heating medium heat exchanger 22 for heat for supplying heat to the heating medium from the refrigerant and a heating medium heat exchanger 21 for cold for supplying cold from the refrigerant are connected by refrigerant piping 2. The air conditioner includes a heating medium circuit for heat in which the heating medium heat exchanger for heat and a pump 24 are connected by heating medium piping 4 for heat, and in which the heating medium circulates between the heating medium heat exchanger for heat and an outside heating load side. It also includes a heating medium circuit for cold in which the heating medium heat exchanger for cold and a pump 23 are connected by heating medium piping 3 for cold, and in which the heating medium circulates between the heating medium heat exchanger for cold and an outside cooling load side. The air conditioner provides one of cold and heat or both cold and heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡易な構成で冷熱及び温熱の一方、又は、冷熱及び温熱の両方を供給する空気調和装置を提供する。【解決手段】空気調和装置１の冷媒回路は、圧縮機１１と、四方弁１３と、電磁弁１５と、逆止弁１４と、冷媒と空気との間で熱交換を行う空気熱交換器１６と、冷媒から熱媒体に温熱を供給する温熱用熱媒体熱交換器２２と、冷媒から冷熱を供給する冷熱用熱媒体熱交換器２１とが冷媒配管２により接続される。空気調和装置は、温熱用熱媒体熱交換器及びポンプ２４が温熱用熱媒体配管４により接続され、温熱用熱媒体熱交換器と外部の暖房負荷側との間で熱媒体が循環する温熱用熱媒体回路を備える。冷熱用熱媒体熱交換器及びポンプ２３が冷熱用熱媒体配管３により接続され、冷熱用熱媒体熱交換器と外部の冷房負荷側との間で熱媒体が循環する冷熱用熱媒体回路を備える。空気調和装置は、冷熱及び温熱の一方、又は、冷熱及び温熱の両方を供給する。【選択図】図１
