Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure and a fastening method having high degree of freedom in a joining place and a joining object in fastening a first member and a second member, and capable of reducing the number of prepared holes of each member.SOLUTION: A fastening member for fastening a first member and a second member, includes a pin member having a plurality of non-helical groove portions formed in a circumferential direction along a longitudinal direction, and a collar member externally inserted to the pin member, the first member and the pin member are integrated by fastening one end portion in a longitudinal direction of the pin member to the first member without forming a hole on the first member, and the second member has a hole, so that the collar member is externally inserted to the pin member inserted to the hole to reduce a diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】第1の部材と第2の部材とを締結するにあたり、接合場所や接合対象物の自由度が高く、各部材への下孔の数を減らすことを可能ならしめた締結構造および締結方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明による締結構造は、第1の部材と第2の部材とを締結する締結構造であって、周方向に形成される非螺旋状の溝部を長手方向に沿って複数有するピン部材と、ピン部材に外挿されるカラー部材と、を備え、第1の部材に孔を開けることなくピン部材の長手方向における一方の端部が第1の部材に固着されることで、第1の部材とピン部材とが一体化されており、第2の部材には孔が形成されており、該孔に挿通されたピン部材に、カラー部材を外挿して縮径加工することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2 |
