PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and the like capable of facilitation of unitization of construction objects.SOLUTION: A building unit 1 constitutes a building frame of a building, and is produced at a site other than a construction site of the building. The building includes: the building unit 1; and parts which are constructed at the construction site.
