FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather-like fabric made of ultra fine fiber and elastomer, having a texture of natural nubuck leather, a raised nap feel of suede leather, air permeability, and a matte appearance with a reduced gloss.SOLUTION: A leather-like fabric is a fiber structure comprising ultra fine fiber having an average single fiber fineness of 0.0001 to 0.5 dtex. At least a surface of the fiber structure includes raised nap. On the raised-nap surface, two or more layers of non-yellowing polyurethane are discontinuously provided. The glossiness of the surface is 20% or less. The resin layer has a 3-layer structure including an adhesive layer, an intermediate layer and a surface layer. The total thickness of the resin layer is preferably 0.001 to 0.400 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】極細繊維と高分子弾性体からなり、天然のヌバック皮革の触感と、スエード皮革の立毛感および通気性を持ちながら、更には光沢感を抑えたマットな外観を有する皮革様布帛の提供。【解決手段】平均単繊維繊度が０．０００１〜０．５ｄｔｅｘの極細繊維を含んでなる繊維構造物であり、繊維構造物の少なくとも一面が立毛されたものであって、立毛面に断続的に２層以上の無黄変型ポリウレタンからなる樹脂層を有し、表面の光沢度が２０％以下である皮革様布帛。樹脂層が接着層、中間層および表面層の３層構造からなり、樹脂層の総厚みが、０．００１〜０．４００ｍｍであることが好ましい、皮革様布帛。【選択図】なし
