SEALER COMPOSITION FOR BUILDING MATERIAL AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealer composition for building material such as inorganic building materials and the like, which can form a coating film having excellent permeability through builing materials, adhesion, water resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance and which does not contain a volatile organic compound (VOC-free) or can reduce the same (low VOC); inorganic builing materials having a sealer coating film formed from the sealer composition; and a method for producing inorganic building materials.SOLUTION: Provided is a sealer composition for building material, comprising an isocyanate prepolymer (A) containing emulsifiable hydrophilic groups, where the isocyanate prepolymer (A) containing emulsifiable hydrophilic groups comprises an isocyanate prepolymer (A-1) containing emulsifiable hydrophilic groups having an allophanate structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】建材への浸透性、密着性、耐水性および耐凍結融解性に優れた塗膜を形成でき、揮発性有機化合物を含有しない（ＶＯＣフリー化）か、もしくは低減（低ＶＯＣ化）できる、無機建材などの建材用シーラー組成物、該シーラー組成物から形成されたシーラー塗膜を有する無機建材、及び無機建材の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】乳化性親水基含有イソシアネートプレポリマー（Ａ）を含有する建材用シーラー組成物であって、前記乳化性親水基含有イソシアネートプレポリマー（Ａ）が、アロファネート構造を有する乳化性親水基含有イソシアネートプレポリマー（Ａ−１）を含有する建材用シーラー組成物。【選択図】なし
