Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim for downsizing by improving the space factor of multiple power modules, while improving cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: Multiple power modules 9 are arranged annularly in the hoop direction, each of the multiple power modules has a trapezoidal shape having non-equal legs, when viewing from the axial direction, upper base 9TB of each power module is located radially inside, the lower base 9LB is located radially outside, the gradient of one leg 9LP1 of each power module is different from the gradient of the other leg 9LP2, one leg and the other leg of adjoining power modules are facing via a gap 9g9 extending in the radial direction, and a heat sink 31 is provided with multiple fins 31a disposed radially while extending in the radial direction, on the side of the multiple power modules oppositely thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】複数個のパワーモジュールのスペースファクタを向上し、しかも冷却効率を向上して、小型化を図る。【解決手段】複数のパワーモジュール9は周方向に円環状に配列され、複数のパワーモジュールの各々は軸方向に見た形状が非等脚の台形であり、各々のパワーモジュールの上底9TBが径方向内側に、下底9LBが径方向外側に、それぞれ位置し、各々のパワーモジュールの一方の脚9LP1の傾斜度と他方の脚9LP2の傾斜度とが異なっており、相隣るパワーモジュールの一方の脚と他方の脚とが径方向に延在する隙間9g9を介して対向し、ヒートシンク31には、それぞれ径方向に延在して放射状に配設された複数のフィン31aが、複数のパワーモジュールの側に複数のパワーモジュールに対向して設けられている構造。【選択図】図4
