PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather information processing apparatus, a weather information processing method, and a program that can provide highly convenient information to a user.SOLUTION: A weather information processing apparatus according to an embodiment has a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit, and an information integration unit. The first acquisition unit acquires information on weather transmitted from an aircraft. The second acquisition unit acquires observation data on which a state of a weather is observed on the ground.
