DUTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can specify a position of an employee or the like to prepare working data at a low cost.SOLUTION: A duty management system comprises a user portable terminal and a duty management server. The user portable terminal has: a status information transmitter which comprises a status information transmission unit for sending status information including an ON signal or an OFF signal, provided at a site for work or a site other than work, using a short-range radio method; a status information reception unit which receives the status information from the status information transmitter; and a status information transfer unit which transfers the received status information to the duty management server.
