Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored composition giving good rectangularity of a cross-sectional shape of a pixel pattern after development and showing good resolution even when a content percentage of a colorant is high, as a photosensitive colored composition to be used for forming a color filter of a solid-state image sensor.SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored composition of the present invention comprises a hydrophilic polymer, a photopolymerizable monomer, a colorant, a photopolymerization initiator, a solvent and a specific additive, in which a photosensitive component consisting of the hydrophilic polymer and the photopolymerizable monomer has a double bond equivalent of 200 or less. The specific additive comprises such a compound that has an energy value of LUMO (lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) of -3 eV to -1 eV calculated by a molecular orbital method and has 3 to 8 conjugate double bonds and 2 to 8 atoms of at least either oxygen atoms or nitrogen atoms in the molecule, or a compound that generates the above compound by exposure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】固体撮像素子のカラーフィルタを形成する際に使用される感光性着色組成物として、着色剤含有率が高くとも、現像後の画素パターンの断面形状の矩形性が良好であり、かつ解像性が良好な感光性着色組成物を提供する。【解決手段】この発明の感光性着色組成物は、親水性ポリマーと、光重合性モノマーと、着色剤と、光重合開始剤と、溶剤と、特定の添加剤と、を含み、親水性ポリマーおよび光重合性モノマーからなる感光性成分の二重結合当量が200以下である。特定の添加剤は、分子軌道法により計算されるLUMO(Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital)のエネルギー値が−3eV〜−1eVであり、共役している二重結合の数が3個以上8個以下であり、分子中に酸素原子および窒素原子の少なくともいずれかを2個以上8個以下の範囲で有する化合物、又は露光によりこの化合物を生成する化合物からなる。【選択図】図1
