PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body temperature adjustment device that has high convenience.SOLUTION: A body temperature adjustment device 1 includes: a coolant circuit that circulates a coolant; temperature adjusting means 10 that adjusts the temperature of a heat transporting medium; heat transporting means 20 that transports the heat transporting medium to a body part suitable for cooling including at least one of a crotch, an armpit, a front neck, and a forehead of the human body; an operation part that has a function of setting the temperature; and a controlling part that controls operations of the temperature adjusting means 10 and the heat transporting means 20 on the basis of the temperature set by the operation part.
