DEVICE FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY OF MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT CONDITION OF SEPTIC TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a septic tank maintenance management condition abnormality detection device for allowing higher precision maintenance management and water quality maintenance to be performed by promptly detecting abnormality of the operation conditions by unitarily managing the maintenance management information generated in the maintenance management system of a septic tank and automatically estimating the maintenance management conditions based on the information.SOLUTION: A device includes: storage means; and a computer. The storage means is connected to the computer, and can store facility standard, facility actual data, water standard, and water quality inspection result data, and further can store facility inspection standard and auditing standard. The computer includes: facility estimation means; water quality estimation means; and primary estimation means, and further can include: result confirmation means; management abnormality detection means, and result observation/cause pursuing means, and guidance required estimation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 浄化槽の維持管理システムで生ずる維持管理情報を一元管理し、その情報をもとに維持管理状況を自動評価することで、運営状況の異常を早急に検出して、より精度の高い維持管理及び水質保全ができるようにするための浄化槽維持管理状況異常検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】 装置は、記憶手段とコンピュータとを備える。記憶手段は、コンピュータと接続され、設備基準と設備実態データと水質基準と水質検査結果データとを格納し、さらに、設備検査基準と監査基準とを格納することができる。コンピュータは、設備評価手段と水質評価手段と一次評価手段とを含み、さらに、経過確認手段と管理異常検知手段と経過観察・原因追究手段と要指導評価手段とを含むことができる。【選択図】 図３
