Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray analysis technique that can be practically used by a more simple method such as being capable of performing X-ray analysis by on-the-spot measurement under the same atmosphere as an actual process while heating a sample at a high temperature of 800°C or higher.SOLUTION: An X-ray analysis container includes an X-ray analysis cell, a tubular body unit, and sealing members. The X-ray analysis cell includes at least one infrared heat generating unit that absorbs infrared light radiated from the outside and generates heat, and an X-ray irradiating unit that holds the sample. The infrared heat generating unit has a light receiving surface for receiving infrared rays. The X-ray irradiating unit is provided in a part of the infrared heat generating unit so as to be heated by heat conduction from the infrared heat generating unit. The tubular body unit contains the X-ray analysis cell therein and has an infrared window through which infrared rays can transmit.
