Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fan and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner highly efficient and have low cost by regulating positional relationship between a blade front edge of the fan and a ring.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit for an air conditioner includes: a ring fan constituted of a boss, a plurality of blades and a ring encircling outer ends of the blades; a fan drive part for rotatably driving the ring fan; and a heat exchanger disposed on a lateral side of the ring fan. The ring fan has a shape that a blade front edge protrudes in a rotation direction and the vertex thereof is positioned on an inner peripheral side relative to an outer end of the blade front edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ファンの翼前縁とリングの位置関係を規定して、ファンと空気調和機の室外機の高効率化と低コスト化を図る。【解決手段】ボスと、複数の翼と、該複数の翼の外端を囲むリングからなるリングファンと、該リングファンを回転駆動させるファン駆動部と、前記リングファンの側方に配置される熱交換器と、を備える空気調和機の室外機であって、前記リングファンは、翼前縁が回転方向に凸となる形状であり、その頂点が翼前縁の外端よりも内周側に位置することを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。【選択図】図１
