NON-AQUEOUS POLYMER DISPERSION AND MAKEUP COSMETIC COMPRISING NON-AQUEOUS POLYMER DISPERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous polymer dispersion which can be used in makeup cosmetics which is excellent in adhesion, water resistance, oil resistance, cosmetic effect, usability and stability as a product, and excellent in detergency, and a makeup cosmetic containing the nonaqueous polymer dispersion.SOLUTION: The non-aqueous polymer dispersion and makeup cosmetic containing the non-aqueous polymer dispersion is such that when a coating prepared by coating the nonaqueous polymer dispersion on a glass plate to a thickness of 150 μm/dry and drying at room temperature (23°C, 65% RH) for 2 hours is immersed in lukewarm water (40°C) for 5 minutes, 50% or more of the coating area is detached or dissolved. It is preferable for the cosmetic to include organic modified bentonite, and dextrin fatty acid ester, and it is preferable that the cosmetic is an eyeliner or a mascara.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】付着性、耐水性、耐油性等の化粧効果、製品としての使用性や安定性に優れ、且つ洗浄性に優れるメイクアップ化粧料に使用できる非水系ポリマーディスパージョン、及び該非水系ポリマーディスパージョンを含むメイクアップ化粧料の提供。【解決手段】水系ポリマーディスパージョンであって、該非水系ポリマーディスパージョンが、ガラス板上に厚さ１５０μｍ厚/ｄｒｙとなるように塗工し、常温（２３℃、６５％ＲＨ）で２時間乾燥させて作製した皮膜が、ぬるま湯（４０℃）に５分間浸水させた時、その皮膜面積の５０％以上が剥離又は溶解するものである、非水系ポリマーディスパージョン、及び該非水系ポリマーディスパージョンを含むメイクアップ化粧料。該化粧料が、更に、有機変性ベントナイト、及びデキストリン脂肪酸エステルを含むことが好ましく、該化粧料が、アイライナー又はマスカラであることが好ましい、メイクアップ化粧料。【選択図】なし
