WET TYPE SPRAYING REFRACTORY MATERIAL FOR MOLTEN IRON VESSEL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type spraying refractory material having excellent workability and durability and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: The refractory wet type spraying refractory material for a molten iron vessel is prepared by adding a quick setting admixture to a castable refractory containing a refractory powder material and a binder, wherein the castable refractory contains 3-30 mass% (inclusive) of a SiC component and 40-70 mass% (inclusive) of an AlOcomponent, the quick setting admixture comprises a hydrated lime slurry which contains 10-40 mass% (inclusive) of a hydrated lime (calcium hydroxide) and has the content of calcium chloride of 0-20 mass% (inclusive), and the addition amount of the quick setting admixture is 0.5-2.5 mass% (inclusive) to the castable refractory.THE MAIN FIGURE: None 【課題】施工性および耐用性に優れる湿式吹付け耐火物および施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】耐火性の粉体原料と結合剤を含む不定形耐火物に急結剤を添加してなる溶銑容器用湿式吹付け耐火物において、前記不定形耐火物に、ＳｉＣ成分を３質量％以上３０質量％以下、Ａｌ２Ｏ３成分を４０質量％以上７０質量％以下含有し、前記急結剤は、消石灰（水酸化カルシウム）を１０質量％以上４０質量％以下含有し、かつ塩化カルシウムの含有量が２０質量％以下（０を含む。）である消石灰スラリーからなり、急結剤の添加量が不定形耐火物に対し０．５質量％以上２．５質量％以下であることを特徴とする溶銑容器用湿式吹付け耐火物【代表図】なし
