| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite insulation panel excellent in waterproofness and strength.SOLUTION: A composite insulation panel includes a first resin foam layer 12, a second resin foam layer 22 absorbing a smaller amount of water than the first resin foam layer 12, and an intermediate layer 24 inserted between the first resin foam layer 12 and the second resin foam layer 22. The intermediate layer 24 is a woven fabric or nonwoven fabric and is integrated with the second resin foam layer 22. The first resin foam layer 12 is preferably a foam of a phenol resin and the second resin foam layer 22 is preferably a foam of a resin including a polyolefin resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】優れた防水性と優れた強度とを有する断熱複合パネル。【解決手段】第一の発泡樹脂層１２と、前記第一の発泡樹脂層１２よりも吸水量の低い第二の発泡樹脂層２２と、前記第一の発泡樹脂層１２と前記第二の発泡樹脂層２２との間に設けられた中間層２４とを備え、前記中間層２４は、織布又は不織布であり、かつ前記第二の発泡樹脂層２２に一体化されていることよりなる。前記第一の発泡樹脂層１２は、フェノール樹脂の発泡体であることが好ましく、前記第二の発泡樹脂層２２は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂を含む樹脂の発泡体であることが好ましい。【選択図】図１ |
