Zusammenfassung:	SOLUTION: An injection agent for osteoarthritis contains: tyramine modified dextran; at least one kind of tyramine modified compound selected from tyramine modified hyaluronic acid, tyramine modified heparin, tyramine modified heparan sulfate, tyramine modified chondroitin sulfuric acid, tyramine modified collagen, tyramine modified chitosan, tyramine modified pullulan and tyramine modified keratan sulfate; hydrogen peroxide; an enzyme and water.EFFECT: An insertion agent can achieve both of fixation ratio of polysaccharide and reduction of viscosity, and is low invasion property.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【解決手段】チラミン変性デキストラン；チラミン変性ヒアルロン酸、チラミン変性ヘパリン、チラミン変性ヘパラン硫酸、チラミン変性コンドロイチン硫酸、チラミン変性コラーゲン、チラミン変性キトサン、チラミン変性プルラン、およびチラミン変性ケラタン硫酸から選ばれる少なくとも１種のチラミン変性化合物；過酸化水素；酵素；並びに水；を含有することを特徴とする変形性関節症用注入剤。【効果】多糖類の定着率と粘度の低減の両立が可能であり、低浸襲性である。【選択図】なし
