A plurality of conductive segments 40 is jointed by the exposed part 53 by both different conductors 51. A conductive joint part of them is covered by an insulator so as to surround at least the end part of an insulation coated film 52. The insulation coated film 52 is coated and provided to the conductors 51 in an adhesion state, and comprises a non-adhesion part 56 in which the conductors 51 is not adhered or an adhesion power to the conductors 51 is weakened at a position separated from the end part of the exposed part 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】導体接合部を覆う絶縁体においてクラックの発生を抑制し、ひいては固定子巻線を好適に保護する。【解決手段】固定子巻線を構成する導体セグメント40の端部には導体51が露出した露出部53が形成されており、複数の導体セグメント40は、異なる導体51どうしで露出部53にて接合され、その導体接合部が、少なくとも絶縁被膜52の端部を含む範囲で絶縁体により覆われている。絶縁被膜52は、導体51に対して接着状態で被覆させて設けられ、かつ露出部53側の端部から離れた位置に、導体51に対する接着がなされていない又は導体51に対する接着力が弱められた非接着部56を備えている。【選択図】 図8 |
