PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a state where bills can be normally accumulated without performing maintenance even when a tongue piece is deformed and is caught between another tongue piece and a conveying guide.SOLUTION: An open part 53 on a back surface side of a conveying guide 40 is formed to have a size allowing a portion of a deformed whole tongue portion 61A from a root portion of an adjacent next tongue piece 61B in a winding direction to a tip end of the tongue portion 61A to be housed in the open part 53. Accordingly, a period in which the portion of the deformed whole tongue portion 61A from the root portion of the next tongue piece 61B to the tip end of the tongue portion 61A is located in the open part 53 can be provided while a tongue piece roller 43 is being rotated, and at this time the deformed tongue portion 61A can restore its original shape by its own elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】舌片が変形して他の舌片と搬送ガイドとの間に挟まってしまっても、メンテナンスを行うことなく、紙幣を正常に集積できる状態に復帰できるようにする。【解決手段】搬送ガイド４０の裏面側の開放部５３を、変形した舌片６１Ａ全体のうち、巻付方向に隣接する次の舌片６２Ｂの根本部分から先端までの部分が開放部５３内に収まることができる大きさとした。こうすることで、舌片ローラ４３を回転している途中で、変形している舌片６１Ａ全体のうち、次の舌片６２Ｂの根本部分から先端までの部分が開放部５３内に位置する期間を設けることができ、このとき、変形している舌片６１Ａは、自身の弾性によって、元の形状に戻ることができる。【選択図】図８
