Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occurrence possibility of incorrect recognition during cascade control state monitoring.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: a master PID control unit 1 for calculating a manipulated variable MV_M on a master side with a setting value SP_M on the master side and a control quantity PV_M as inputs; a slave PID control unit 2 for accepting the manipulated variable MV_M as a setting value SP_S on a slave side, calculating a manipulated variable MV_S on a slave side with the setting value SP_S and a control quantity PV_S on the slave side as inputs and outputting the same to a control object; a transient state determining unit 3 for determining that a cascade control system is in a transient state when an absolute value of a difference between the setting value SP_S and the control quantity PV_M is equal to or greater than a threshold value; and a display control unit 4 for displaying the setting value SP_M and the control quantity PV_M during the state monitoring of the cascade control system as well as the setting value SP_S and the control quantity PV_S but hiding the setting value SP_S when the determining unit determines that the cascade control system is not in the transient state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カスケード制御の状態監視中に誤認識が生じる可能性を低減する。【解決手段】制御装置は、マスタ側の設定値SP_Mと制御量PV_Mを入力としてマスタ側の操作量MV_Mを算出するマスタPID制御部1と、操作量MV_Mをスレーブ側の設定値SP_Sとして受け取り、この設定値SP_Sとスレーブ側の制御量PV_Sとを入力としてスレーブ側の操作量MV_Sを算出して制御対象に出力するスレーブPID制御部2と、設定値SP_Mと制御量PV_Mとの差の絶対値が閾値以上の場合にカスケード制御系が過渡状態であると判断する過渡状態判断部3と、カスケード制御系の状態監視中に、設定値SP_Mと制御量PV_Mとを表示すると共に設定値SP_Sと制御量PV_Sとを表示し、カスケード制御系が過渡状態でないと判断された場合に、設定値SP_Sを非表示にする表示制御部4を備える。【選択図】 図1 |
