TURNING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning apparatus in which an arm supporting an old winding core and an arm supporting a new winding core can independently turn.SOLUTION: The turning apparatus comprises: a turning shaft 26 rotatably and horizontally supported at the center of turn of a first winding core 36 and a second winding core 46; a first cylindrical body 28 arranged turnably around an outer periphery of the revolution shaft 26; a pair of right and left first arms 32 protruding from the first cylindrical body 28 at its right and left side; a pair of right and left first chucks 34 rotatably provided at the tips of the pair of right and left first arms 32 and detachably fixing the first winding core 36; a pair of right and left second arms 42 protruding from both right and left ends of the turning shaft 26 at both right and left sides of the first cylindrical body 28; a pair of right and left second chucks 44 rotatably provided at the tips of the pair of right and left second arms 42 and detachably fixing the second winding core 46; a first rotation driving motor 122 for rotating the first chuck 34; and a second rotation driving motor 132 for rotating the second chuck 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】古い巻芯を支持するアームと新しい巻芯を支持するアームとがそれぞれ独立して旋回できる旋回装置を提供する。【解決手段】第１巻芯３６と第２巻芯４６を公転させる中心に回転自在に水平に支持された公転軸２６と、公転軸２６の外周に公転自在に配された第１筒体２８と、第１筒体２８の左右から突出した左右一対の第１アーム３２と、左右一対の第１アーム３２の先端に自転自在に設けられ、かつ、第１巻芯３６を着脱自在に固定する左右一対の第１チャック３４と、第１筒体２８の左右両側であって、公転軸２６の左右両端部から突出した左右一対の第２アーム４２と、左右一対の第２アーム４２の先端に自転自在に設けられ、かつ、第２巻芯４６を着脱自在に固定する左右一対の第２チャック４４と、第１チャック３４を自転させる第１自転駆動モータ１２２と、第２チャック４４を自転させる第２自転駆動モータ１３２とを有する。【選択図】 図１
