Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in automatic wire soldering using a soldering iron, it is necessary to supply a wire solder up to a tip of the soldering iron by using a solder feeder, in the meantime, the wire solder is normally supplied by being inserted into a flexible tube or the like up to the tip of the soldering iron from the solder feeder, however, a distance of the supply is long, there may occur a variation in a supply amount or the like due to the formation of an insensitive area when the tube is bent, sending resistance in the flexible tube may be increased, accordingly, in order to reduce the variation, it is required that the solder feeder should be close to the tip of the soldering iron, and also, in the case that the automatic soldering is performed by a robot or the like, the solder feeder should be reduced in its size and weight when attaching the solder feeder to a handling part of the robot or the like.SOLUTION: For attaching a soldering iron to a robot or the like, a member for holding the soldering iron and a member of a skeleton of a solder feeder are integrated to each other, and the wire solder feeder is reduced in its size and weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 半田コテを使用した自動糸半田付けに於いて、半田フィーダーを使用して糸半田を半田コテ先まで送給する必要がある。通常、半田フィーダーから半田コテ先までフレキシブルなチューブ等に通して糸半田が供給されるが、その距離が長かったり、曲がっていると不感領域が発生し供給量等のバラツキが発生する。更にフレキチューブ内の送り抵抗も増大する。従ってバラツキを少なくするには半田フィーダーがより半田コテ先に近い事が求められる。また、ロボット等で自動半田付けする場合、半田フィーダーをロボット等のハンドリング部に取り付ける時には半田フィーダーの小型軽量化が求められる。【解決手段】 半田コテをロボット等に取り付ける際の、半田コテを保持する部材と半田フィーダーの躯体の部材の一体化、及び糸半田フィーダーの小型、軽量化を図った。【選択図】図1
