The application member is extended at an angle θof 0-45 degrees with respect to the axial center of a rod-like support member from the tip of the support member. A flat surface at the tip of the application member 3 has an angle θof 10-120 degrees with respect to a flat surface at its rear end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
