PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of memory that temporarily holds image data.SOLUTION: A memory control circuit comprises: a writing part that receives an input of image data read by a reading device, requests writing of the image data in a memory, and writes the image data in the memory; and a reading part that reads the image data written in the memory and transfers the read image data to a subsequent stage.
