PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic marker that allows for appropriately diagnosing cerebral infarction.SOLUTION: A diagnostic marker for cerebral infarction contains at least one of; a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by the SEQ ID No.171; a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by the SEQ ID No.113; a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by the SEQ ID No.79; a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by the SEQ ID No.57; and a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by the SEQ ID No.63.
