Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict detection errors due to organic substances.SOLUTION: A functional water concentration sensor 1 includes: a light source 10 emitting ultraviolet light 11; a fluorescent body 20 emitting fluorescent light 21, when excited by the ultraviolet light 11 emitted from the light source 10 and passed through a space in which functional water 90 exists; and a photodetector 30 receiving the fluorescent light 21. A peak wavelength of the ultraviolet light 11 emitted by the light source 10 exists in a prescribed range containing a unique light absorption peak in the functional water 90, and in an excitation spectrum of the fluorescent body 20, intensity in a wavelength band of 300 nm to 350 nm is an intensity equal to 50% or higher of intensity of an excitation peak.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有機物による検出誤差を抑制することができる。【解決手段】機能水濃度センサ1は、紫外光11を発する光源10と、光源10から発せられ、機能水90が存在する空間内を通過した紫外光11によって励起されて蛍光21を発する蛍光体20と、蛍光21を受光する受光素子30とを備え、光源10が発する紫外光11のピーク波長は、機能水90に固有の吸光ピークを含む所定の範囲内に存在し、蛍光体20の励起スペクトルでは、300nm以上350nm以下の波長帯域における強度が、励起ピークの強度の50%以上の強度である。【選択図】図1 |
