PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device which reduces inclination of a carriage in moving the carriage and backlash of the carriage to a guide shaft, and can prevent deterioration of printing quality.SOLUTION: Support parts 21L and 21R are arranged on a first end part 28 as one end part of the carriage 20 in a first direction, and slidably support the carriage 20 along a guide shaft 9 by inserting the guide shaft 9. A left side pressing part 22 and a right side pressing part 23 are arranged on a second end part 29 opposite to the first end part 28 of the carriage 20. The left side pressing part 22 and the right side pressing part 23 press a front end part of a rail on an opposite side to the guide shaft 9 to a horizontally rear side. A support shaft 232 of the right side pressing part 23 and a support shaft 222 of the left side pressing part 22 are arranged between positions of the second end part 29 respectively opposite to the two support parts 21L and 21R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】キャリッジ移動時におけるキャリッジの傾き、およびガイドシャフトに対するキャリッジのがたつきを低減し、印刷品質の低下を防止可能な印刷装置を提供する。【解決手段】支持部２１Ｌ，２１Ｒは、キャリッジ２０の第一方向の一端部である第一端部２８に設けられ、ガイドシャフト９を挿通してガイドシャフト９に沿ってキャリッジ２０を摺動可能に支持する。キャリッジ２０の第一端部２８とは反対側の第二端部２９に、左側押圧部２２および右側押圧部２３が設けられている。左側押圧部２２および右側押圧部２３は、ガイドシャフト９と対向する側のレールの前端部を水平後方側に押圧する。右側押圧部２３の支軸２３２、および左側押圧部２２の支軸２２２は、第二端部２９において二つの支持部２１Ｌ，２１Ｒに各々対向する位置の間に配置される。【選択図】図４
