Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of a driving-in machine by changing the driving-in depth by pressing force.SOLUTION: A driving-in machine drives a fastener in a driving-in object material by driving out the fastener from a nose part by a driving mechanism having a driver blade. Operation of the driving mechanism is operated by trigger for controlling operation of a trigger valve, and an impact allowable mechanism comprises a plunger for operating in an impact possible position for operating the trigger valve and an impact stopping position for stopping the operation. The nose part is provided with a butting member 71 for butting against the driving-in object material, and a push lever 72 is arranged between the butting member and the plunger. A retreat position of the butting member 71 when the butting member 71 is pressed to the driving-in object material, is set to a first retreat position by a first pressing load and a second retreat position by a second pressing load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】打込深さを押し付け力により変化させるようにして打込機の作業性を向上する。【解決手段】打込機は、ドライバブレードを備えた駆動機構により止具をノーズ部から打ち出して被打込材に止具を打ち込む。駆動機構の動作はトリガバルブの動作を制御するトリガにより操作され、打撃許容機構はトリガバルブを作動する打撃可能位置と、作動を停止する打撃停止位置とに作動するプランジャを有している。ノーズ部には被打込材に突き当てられる突き当て部材71が設けられ、突き当て部材とプランジャとの間にはプッシュレバー72が配置される。突き当て部材71が被打込材に押し付けられたときにおける突き当て部材71の後退位置は、第1の押し付け荷重による第1の後退位置と、第2の押し付け荷重による第2の後退位置とに設定される。【選択図】図4 |
