Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee dripper that solves difficulty and complexity caused when carefully making a hand drip of coffee by a transmission method, and thereby enables anyone to easily reproduce the taste of the hand drip really performed by a coffee shop.SOLUTION: A coffee dripper is constituted of two parts of a dripper body D for supporting a filter F and a hot-water supply tank T placed thereon and collecting hot water. An abutment place A between the dripper body D and the hot-water supply tank T is made to adhere, the filter F is sandwiched and held not to fall, and then a sealed space is made in the filter F. The osmotic pressure being a principle of coffee extraction is increased by using a pressure of carbon dioxide released from coffee beans, and also a flow-adjusting valve V for adjusting the flow of the hot water in order to reproduce the polite pouring of hot water of the hand drip is provided in the bottom of the hot-water supply tank T. By this configuration, the extraction accuracy of coffee is increased, and also the hot-water supply tank T is made to have the capacity capable of collecting the whole quantity of the hot water necessary for coffee extraction, and thereby the full-scale extraction being not different from the hand drip is reproduced by merely one hot-water supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コーヒーを透過法で丁寧にハンドドリップする際の難しさや煩雑さを解消し、コーヒー専門店が本格的に行うハンドドリップの味わいを誰もが簡単に再現できるコーヒードリッパーを提供する。【解決手段】フィルターFを支えるドリッパー本体Dと、その上に載せるお湯を溜める給湯タンクTの2つのパーツで構成し、ドリッパー本体Dと給湯タンクTの当接箇所Aを密着させてフィルターFを挟み込んで落下しないように保持した上でフィルターF内に密閉空間を作り、コーヒー豆から放出される炭酸ガスの圧力でコーヒー抽出の原理である浸透圧を高め、給湯タンクTの底部にハンドドリップの丁寧な注湯を再現するためのお湯の流れを整える整流バルブVを設けた構造でコーヒーの抽出精度を上げ、給湯タンクTはコーヒー抽出に必要なお湯の全量を溜められる容量とし、いちどの給湯だけでハンドドリップと変わらない本格抽出の再現を実現する。【選択図】図1 |
