POWER SUPPLY-DEMAND CONTROL SYSTEM, COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR POWER SUPPLY-DEMAND CONTROL AND POWER SUPPLY-DEMAND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply-demand control system, a computer program for power supply-demand control and a power supply-demand control method capable of performing power supply-demand control excellent in economy.SOLUTION: A power supply-demand control system has: a plurality of power generating units 1a to 1n which supply power to a power system 9a; natural energy power generating units 2a to 2n; a detector 3 which measures a frequency variation amount, a coordination tidal current power variation amount and adjusted power amount of the power system; and a controller 4 which instructs power generation target values to the plurality of power generating units 1. The controller 4 is provided with: an AR calculation part 44 which calculates an area request power (AR value) based on the frequency variation amount, the coordination tidal current power variation amount and the adjusted power amount detected by the detector 3; an AR smoothing part 45 which performs frequency resolution of the area request power (AR value) calculated by the AR calculation part 44; and target value creation parts 43a to 43n which calculate power generation target values for every plurality of power generating units 1 based on the area request power (AR value) of which the frequency resolution has been performed by the AR smoothing part 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】経済性の優れた電力需給制御を行うことができる電力需給制御システム、電力需給制御用コンピュータプログラムおよび電力需給制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】電力系統９ａに電力を供給する複数の発電設備１ａ〜１ｎと、自然エネルギー発電設備２ａ〜２ｎと、電力系統の周波数変化量、連系潮流電力変化量および融通電力量を測定する検出装置３と、複数の発電設備１に発電目標値を指示する制御装置４、を有する。制御装置４は、検出装置３により検出された周波数変化量、連系潮流電力変化量および融通電力量に基づき地域要求電力（ＡＲ値）を算出するＡＲ算出部４４と、ＡＲ算出部４４により算出された地域要求電力（ＡＲ値）を周波数分解するＡＲ平滑部４５と、ＡＲ平滑部４５により周波数分解された地域要求電力（ＡＲ値）に基づき、複数の発電設備１ごとの発電目標値を算出する目標値作成部４３ａ〜４３ｎと、を備える。【選択図】図１
