Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a light-emitting device sealed hermetically while mounting multiple light-emitting elements.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 includes a package 1 made of a metal, and having a recess 1a opening upward, multiple light-emitting elements 3 arranged in the recess 1a, and a lid member 2 provided to close the opening of the recess 1a. The lid member 2 has a translucent member 25, an annular ceramic member 23 bonded to one principal surface of the translucent member 25 by using a joint material 24, and an annular metallic member 21 bonded to the side of the ceramic member 23 opposite to the side bonded to the translucent member 25.
