Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a program for saving or investing small money even in cashless settlement such as a debit card.SOLUTION: A system is provided with: a use information receiving part which receives use information on a debit card from a store terminal; a calculation part which determines an amount for fund transfer on the basis of the received use information; a database which stores information on a payment account associated with the debit card and information on an account of a fund transfer destination associated with the debit card; and a fund transfer part which transfers funds of the determined amount for fund transfer from the payment account to the account of the fund transfer destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デビットカードのようなキャッシュレスの決済であっても小銭を貯蓄または投資をすることができるシステム、方法、およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】店舗端末から、デビットカードの利用情報を受信する利用情報受信部と、前記受信した利用情報に基づいて、資金移動させる金額を決定する算出部と、前記デビットカードに関連付けられた支払い口座の情報および前記デビットカードに関連付けられた資金移動先の口座の情報を格納したデータベースと、前記決定した資金移動させる金額を、前記支払い口座から前記資金移動先の口座へ資金移動させる資金移動部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
