Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange system and the like which can reduce adverse effects on heat exchange due to changes in a physical value.SOLUTION: A heat exchange system comprises: an inverter 102 for adjusting a flow rate of a cooling medium; a PID control part 11 for controlling a feedback control which outputs an operation amount to the inverter 102 so that the deviation between a blow-out air temperature and a blow-out air temperature setting value is 0; and a neural network 15 to which input values including values indicating fluctuations in an in-take air temperature affected by heat exchange (for example, a current value, a first order differential value, and a second order differential value) are input, and which controls the inverter 102 based on the input value.
