Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional shaped touch panel sensor capable of reducing cost and obtaining positional detecting accuracy in a favorable manner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional shaped touch panel sensor includes procedures sequentially: a step 1 for forming a ground layer on a surface of a planar substrate 11 having plasticity that can follow the deformation of the planar substrate 11; a step 2 for forming electrode patterns 12, 13 on the ground layer; and a step 3 for forming the planar substrate 11 on which the ground layer and the electrode patterns 12, 13 are formed into a three-dimensional shape.
