Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a touch sensor in which a touch sensing unit composed of a transparent conductive layer is provided in a central part of a base sheet, without frame part on three outer edges of the touch sensing unit and with the frame part only on the remaining one outer edge, in which a routing circuit layer electrically connected to the transparent conductive layer is formed, the frame part is absolutely required since the routing circuit layer for transmitting a signal detected by the touch sensing unit to the control circuit must be formed on the remaining one edge, as a result, the outer size has to be increased in order to form the frame part on the remaining one edge.SOLUTION: A touch sensor has a frame part of a remaining one edge in a convex shape. A folding process is applied on the frame part of the remaining one edge so that the frame part is substantially eliminated or made very small. Additionally, the frame part of the remaining one edge is arranged at a position different from a fold line, so as to be applied to a touch sensor for an electronic input terminal which can be folded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】基体シートの中央部に透明導電層からなるタッチセンシング部が設けられ、その外周三辺は額縁部がなく、残り外周一辺のみに透明導電層と電気接続された引き回し回路層が形成された額縁部があるタッチセンサに関して、残り一辺はタッチセンシング部で検出した信号を制御回路に伝達するための引き回し回路層を形成しなければならず、どうしても額縁部が必要になる。その結果、残り一辺の額縁部の形成のために外形寸法を大きくしなければならならない問題があった。【解決手段】基残り一辺の額縁部が凸状形状になっているタッチセンサとし、その残り一辺の額縁部を折り曲げ加工することで、その額縁部を実質的にほとんど無くす、または非常に小さくする。また、その残り一辺の額縁部を折り目とは異なる箇所に配置することにより、折り畳み可能な電子入力端末用のタッチセンサに適用する。【選択図】図2 |
