ROTIGOTINE PERCUTANEOUS ABSORPTION TYPE PATCH FORMULATION CONTAINING ANTIPRURITIC AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide patch formulations capable of suppressing itching caused when a rotigotine-containing percutaneous absorption type patch formulation is attached, in an attachment site, during attachment and at the time of peeling.SOLUTION: In a percutaneous absorption type patch formulation consisting of a support, a drug-containing adhesive layer, and a release liner, the percutaneous absorption type patch formulation contains the drug-containing adhesive layer containing as an active ingredient a rotigotine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an antipruritic agent as a component for suppressing itching in an attachment site during attachment and at the time of peeling. A substrate component of the drug-containing adhesive layer is a rubber system adhesive component. The antipruritic agent is one or more selected from monoterpenes, crotamiton, an antihistamine, a local anesthetic, and a steroid, preferably monoterpenes and crotamiton, more preferably menthol and crotamiton.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ロチゴチン含有経皮吸収型貼付製剤を貼付した際に発生する、貼付部位における貼付中及び剥離時の掻痒感を抑制することが可能な貼付製剤の提供。【解決手段】支持体、薬物含有粘着剤層及び剥離ライナーからなる経皮吸収型貼付製剤において、薬物含有粘着剤層が、有効成分としてロチゴチン又はその製薬上許容できる塩と、貼付部位における貼付中及び剥離時の掻痒感を抑制するための成分として鎮痒剤とを含有してなる経皮吸収型貼付製剤。薬物含有粘着剤層の基材成分がゴム系粘着成分である経皮吸収型貼付製材。鎮痒剤がモノテルペン類、クロタミトン、抗ヒスタミン剤、局所麻酔剤、ステロイド剤から選ばれた１種以上であり、好ましくはモノテルペン類、クロタミトン、より好ましくはメントール及びクロタミトンである経皮吸収型貼付剤。【選択図】図３
