The torque receiving rod 20 has: a rod part 21 to which the grinder part 30 is fitted at one end side thereof; and a piston part 22 which is fitted on the other end side of the rod part 21. The cylinder 10 has: a first cylinder part 11 in which a sliding part 11a with which the piston part 22 slidably contacts is formed; and a second cylinder part 12 which is connected to the first cylinder part 11 and in which an insertion part 12a into which the rod part 21 inserts is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
