Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding structure and a manufacturing method of the same which allow a surface of a metallic component to have an antirust function and which can increase bonding strength of an adhesive or the like with a bonding member.SOLUTION: An amorphous structure layer 200 is formed on a surface layer of a bonding part 80 of each of side brackets 22L, 22R. A bottomed-hole layer 214 including plural bottomed holes 212 is formed on a surface layer of the amorphous structure layer 200. Each of the bottomed holes 212 is formed in a lower bulge shape including a bulge part 220 having an inner diameter that is located between an opening 216 and a bottom 218 and is greater than an inner diameter of the opening 216. An adhesive 130 is filled in the bottomed holes 212 and thus an outer circumferential surface of the bonding part 80 of each of the side brackets 22L, 22R is disposed opposite via the adhesive 130 to an inner circumferential surface of an end 66R of a center beam 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】金属部材の表面が防錆機能を有し、さらに接着剤等の接合部材との接合強度を向上させることができる接合構造体及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】側方ブラケット22L、22Rの接合部80の表層にアモルファス構造層200が形成される。さらにアモルファス構造層200の表層に複数の有底孔212を有する有底孔層214が形成される。有底孔212は、開口部216と底部218の間に開口部216よりも内周が大きい膨張部220を有する下膨形状である。有底孔212には接着剤130が充填され、側方ブラケット22L、22Rの接合部80の外周面とセンタビーム20の端部66Rの内周面とが接着剤130を介して対向する。【選択図】図9
