Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel assist system for vehicles capable of preventing a slip, which is attributable to the fact that wheels advance in a puddle-like rut, or a hydroplaning phenomenon.SOLUTION: Included are vehicle speed detection means 1 that detects the speed of a vehicle, rut detection means 11 that detects a puddle-like rut on a road on which the vehicle travels, and travel position control means 12 that, when the rut is detected and the vehicle speed exceeds a threshold, controls the travel position of the vehicle or guides the vehicle so that the vehicle advances at a position separated in a width direction by a predetermined distance from the center in the width direction of the rut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】水溜り状態のわだち内を車輪が進むことにより生じるスリップやハイドロプレーニング現象を防止できるようにした車両用走行支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段１と、前記車両が走行する路面上の水溜り状態のわだちを検出する、わだち検出手段１１と、前記わだちを検出し且つ前記車速が閾値を越えた場合に、前記車輪が前記わだちの幅方向中心から所定距離だけ前記幅方向に離隔した位置を進むように前記車両の走行位置を制御又は案内する走行位置制御手段１２とを備える。【選択図】図１
