Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression molding machine with excellent durability that can compress the waste, separate moisture, solidify the waste and discharge the waste.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The compression molding machine for the waste comprises: an input port 4 for charging the waste, a drainage port 5 for draining a separated moisture, and an extrusion die 7 having a discharge nozzle 6 projecting outwardly, that are provided in a casing 3, a screw 8a provided in the casing 3 that can move a charged waste toward the extrusion die 7 to compress the charged waste by rotational compression force and extrude from the discharge nozzle 6 as a softened state by a heat generated during compression, a frame plate 14 having a through hole 20 through which the screw 8a is inserted, that is provided in the casing 3 and is multiply joined and arranged, and a concave portion 22 reaching an outer peripheral edge from an edge of the through hole in order to drain the moisture separated from the waste to the drain port 5, that is formed multiply on one side of each frame plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】廃棄物を圧縮して、水分を分離し、固形化して排出する、耐久性に勝れた圧縮成型機を提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】廃棄物の圧縮成型機は、ケーシング3に、廃棄物を投入するための投入口4と分離した水分を排水する排水口5と排出ノズル6を外側に突設した押出ダイス7とを設け、ケーシング3内には投入された廃棄物を回転推進力によって押出ダイス7に向けて移動しつつ圧縮し、圧縮の際の発熱で軟化状態として排出ノズル6から押し出すスクリュー8aを設けてなり、ケーシング3内には、スクリュー8aが挿通する捜通孔20を有する枠板14を複数接合配置してなり、各枠板14の一面には、廃棄物から分離した水分を排水口5へ排水するために、捜通孔縁から外周縁に達する凹入部22を複数形成してなる。【選択図】図2 |
