Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board which enables selective inhibition of transmission of a common mode signal component to a differential transmission line, and an optical module and an optical transmission device.SOLUTION: A printed circuit board comprises: a grounded conductor layer; a pair of strip conductors extending in a first direction; first resonant conductor three-dimensionally crossing the pair of strip conductors in a second direction; a pair of first via holes connecting the first resonant conductor and the grounded conductor layer; and a dielectric layer including the resonant conductor therein, and being disposed between the grounded conductor layer and the pair of strip conductors. The grounded conductor layer, the first resonant conductor and the pair of first via holes form a first resonant structure. A distance Hbetween the pair of strip conductors and the grounded conductor layer is equal to or larger than twice as much as a distance Hbetween the pair of strip conductors and the first resonant conductor.
