PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can reduce the generation of noise.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a heater 101; a heater 102 that has a smaller rate power than that of the heater 101; a heater control part 48 that outputs first and second controls signals that synchronize at the same duty ratio and repeat on and off; a chopper circuit 113 that supplies, to the heater 101, a first driving current switched by using the first control signal; and a chopper circuit 114 that supplies, to the heater 102, a second driving current switched by using the second control signal.
