The indoor unit includes: air suction ports 6a, 6b; an air blowing fan 14 for sucking air from the air suction ports 6a, 6b; a heat exchanger 16 exchanging heat with the air sucked from the air suction ports 6a, 6b by the air blowing fan 14 and comprising an aluminum heat transfer pipe 16b having a refrigerant flowing therein and an aluminum fin 16a coupled to the heat transfer pipe 16b; an air blowout port 13 from which the air that has undergone heat exchange by using the heat exchanger 16 is blown out to an indoor side; and an adsorbent 30 for removing an odor component generated through reaction between condensation water adhered to at least one of the heat transfer pipe 16b and the fin 16a with aluminum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】特にアルミニウム製の熱交換器を使用した場合に生じうる臭気の発生を抑制可能な空気調和機を提供する。【解決手段】空気吸込口6a,6bと、空気吸込口6a,6bから空気を吸い込むための送風ファン14と、送風ファン14によって空気吸込口6a,6bから吸い込まれた空気との間で熱交換が行われ、冷媒が通流するアルミニウム製の伝熱管16bと、伝熱管16bに接合されたアルミニウム製のフィン16aと、を備えて構成された熱交換器16と、熱交換器16において熱交換された後の空気が室内に吹き出される空気吹出口13と、伝熱管16b及びフィン16aのうちの少なくとも一方に付着した結露水とアルミニウムとが反応して生成する臭気成分を除去する吸着剤30と、を有する室内機2を具備する空気調和機とする。【選択図】図2
