Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel flow passage that inhibits generation of a minute chipping of a fuel flow passage, prevents functional disorder and suppresses any little elution.SOLUTION: A fuel flow passage includes: a stationary valve component 1; and a movable valve component 5 disposed while facing the stationary valve component 1. The stationary valve component 1 and the movable valve component 5 are respectively formed with a cobalt layer at their flow passage surfaces and a surface of the cobalt layer is covered with a cobalt oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃料流路の微細な欠損の発生を抑制し、機能障害防止して部材の僅かな溶出も抑えた燃料流路を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に記載の燃料流路は、固定弁部品１と、固定弁部品１に対向して配置される可動弁部品５とを備え、固定弁部品１と、可動弁部品５はそれぞれ流路表面にコバルト層が形成され、コバルト層の表面がコバルト酸化物で被覆されている。【選択図】図１
