PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton in which a food container can be easily taken out upon opening, and the food container can be held without effort.SOLUTION: A carton 1 is a carton 1 which can house a food container 7, and comprises a tubular barrel part 2, a bottom surface part 3 which blocks the lower end side of the barrel part 2, a top surface part 4 which blocks the upper end side of the barrel part 2 and a take-out port forming line 6 which can form a take-out port 5 for taking out the food container 7 at the top surface part 4.
