VEHICLE WASHER AND POST-HANDLING METHOD OF BRUSH IN VEHICLE WASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle washer and a post-handling method of a brush in the vehicle washer which do not splash droplets dispersed due to post-handling of the brush to an automobile, a customer, or the like near the vehicle washer even when there is, near the vehicle washer, an automobile getting out from the vehicle washer in the middle of washing or an automobile waiting in line for the next vehicle wash.SOLUTION: After washing a vehicle, a vehicle washer performs a post-handling operation for cleaning or dewatering a rotational brush by rotating the brush and switches rotation directions of the rotational brush in accordance with a running position of a main body of the vehicle washer to prevent droplets due to the post-handling operation from splashing to the outside of a vehicle wash area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 洗車装置の近くに洗車後の退出途中の自動車や次の洗車待ちの自動車などがある場合にも、ブラシの後処理に伴い飛散する水滴を近くの自動車、顧客等に振りかけことのない洗車装置および洗車装置におけるブラシの後処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】 洗車終了後、回転ブラシを回転させてブラシのクリーニング又は水切りを行う後処理動作を実行する共に、洗車装置本体の走行位置に応じて回転ブラシの回転方向を切り換えて、後処理動作に伴い飛散する水滴が洗車エリア外に飛散するのを抑制する。【選択図】 図５
