Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for cell culture that exhibits excellent cell adhesion and cell growth properties.SOLUTION: A carrier for cell culture contains a water-absorbing resin particle (B). In the water-absorbing resin particle (B), an amide bond is formed between a water-absorbing resin particle (A) having a carboxyl group and a primary to tertiary amino group and a polypeptide (P) having at least one cell-adhesive minimum amino acid sequence (X) in one molecule, and also an amide bond is formed between the water-absorbing resin particle (A) and collagen (Q).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】優れた細胞接着性と細胞増殖性とを発揮する細胞培養用担体を提供することである。【解決手段】 吸水性樹脂粒子(B)を含有する細胞培養用担体であって、吸水性樹脂粒子(B)が、カルボキシル基と第1〜3級アミノ基を有する吸水性樹脂粒子(A)と、細胞接着性最小アミノ酸配列(X)を1分子中に少なくとも1個有するポリペプチド(P)とがアミド結合され、かつ吸水性樹脂粒子(A)とコラーゲン(Q)とがアミド結合された吸水性樹脂粒子である細胞培養用担体。【選択図】 なし
