Resin liquid contained in the tow prepreg 36 is added in advance with near infrared radiation absorbing material 20. This near infrared radiation absorbing material 20 absorbs near infrared radiation radiated from the halogen lamp heater 34 to generate heat when the tow prepreg 36 is wound around the inner layer 12. With this arrangement as above, the resin liquid is heated and hardened to form an outer layer 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高圧タンクの生産効率を向上させる。【解決手段】高圧タンク製造装置30は、樹脂ライナからなる内層12に巻回されるトゥプリプレグ36を送り出すための送出器38と、樹脂ライナの内部に挿入されて近赤外線を放射するハロゲンランプヒータ34とを有する。トゥプリプレグ36に含まれる樹脂液には、近赤外線吸収材20が予め添加されている。この近赤外線吸収材20は、トゥプリプレグ36が内層12に巻回される際、ハロゲンランプヒータ34から放射された近赤外線を吸収して発熱する。これにより樹脂液が加熱されて硬化し、繊維強化樹脂からなる外層14が形成される。【選択図】図2 |
