Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pump efficiency and additionally to increase a compression ratio as well as water absorption performance by preventing occurrence of cavitation, eliminating cavitation damage at inner peripheral surfaces of a plunger or a pump chamber and a communication pipe and improving durability.SOLUTION: A clearance S formed between an inner peripheral surface of a collar 18 and an outer peripheral surface of a plunger 1a is made narrower than a prior art clearance by arranging the collar 18 where the plunger 1a is inserted and passed at a pump chamber 3 side from a communication pipe 19 at a first manifold 4, and a volume of the clearance where applied liquid enters is decreased to prevent occurrence of cavitation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】キャビテーションの発生を防止し、プランジャやポンプ室、連通管の内周面等の壊食をなくして耐久性を向上すると共に、キャビテーションの発生を防止することにより、ポンプ効率を向上し、加えて、圧縮比を高くし、吸水性能を向上する。【解決手段】第1マニホルド4における連通管19よりポンプ室3側に、プランジャ1aが挿通するカラー18を配置することにより、カラー18の内周面とプランジャ1aの外周面との間に形成される隙間Sを、従来の隙間より小さくし、使用液体が入る隙間の容積を低減して、キャビテーションの発生を防止する。【選択図】図2 |
