DRAINAGE FACILITY, MALODOR PREVENTING DRAINAGE FACILITY AND PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage facility, a malodor preventing drainage facility and a pump, which can avoid stopping a spare pump disposed in a pit for a long time.SOLUTION: The drainage facility for discharging sewage in a building to a sewage main pipe comprises a pit, a water tank disposed in the pit, a sewage inflow pipe for guiding the sewage to the water tank, guided to the water tank, a first pump for discharging the sewage in the water tank to the sewage main pipe, a free water inflow pipe for guiding free water to the pit, which is present outside of the water tank and is connected to an inside of the pit, and a second pump for conveying the free water in the pit to the outside of the pit, which is present at outside of the water tank and is disposed in the pit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ピット内に配置される予備用のポンプの停止時間が長時間とならないようにする。【解決手段】建物内の汚水を下水道本管へ排水するための排水設備が提供され、かかる排水設備は、ピットと、前記ピット内に配置される水槽と、前記水槽に案内される、前記水槽に汚水を導くための汚水流入管と、前記水槽内の汚水を下水道本管へ排水するための第１ポンプと、前記水槽の外であり且つ前記ピット内に連結される、前記ピットに遊水を導くための遊水流入管と、前記水槽の外であり且つ前記ピット内に配置される、前記ピット内の遊水を前記ピット外へ搬送するための第２ポンプと、を有する。【選択図】図１
